Starting with Origins, Batman Arkham series became darker, more mature, cruel and serious, as Batman games should be. Origins and Knight just have much more darker atmosphere than Asylum and City. I like all 4 games, but the last two are just incomparable because they are stylistically better, but it's just my IMO.
Batman Arkham Asylum: A superhero classic worth playing even today. In the era of the late 2000's, getting a great superhero game was but a dream. Then Rocksteady Studios stepped up. It’s got the best pacing for changing up the gameplay, the environment is the most interesting to explore, and the characterizations are all pitch-perfect. Knight is objectively the best one gameplay wise. It depends on what batman we are talking about, but yes, arkham batman is one of the strongest ones. This is the same guy who cried about yopo spamming the song and now he's using overused cringe 2019 memes, this is also the same guy dick riding mods.... Comicbook Batman is stronger.
Accurate for the most part. Origins and Knight kind of throws a wrench into some of them. The bio for Black Mask in Asylum and City states he has a burning hatred for Batman but I think he would be more pissed at Joker. Bane’s bio states he broke Batman’s back but it is kind of questionable in Origins. 5.Harley has weapons similar to Arkham Origins Joker, but repainted red and black. Her movement speed is the fastest of the four. She also has a bat melee which has a takedown. Two-face has an assault rifle and twin barrel pistols, but no melee (Two-face can instead hit people with the butt of his pistol).
